By accessing or using Laetus, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Laetus is an independent research platform focused on probability, behavioural analytics, decision-making under uncertainty, and long-term observational studies. The platform is intended for educational, analytical, and research purposes. It is not a gambling service.
Laetus does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, facilitate gambling, or process betting transactions. All lottery combinations, virtual bets, simulations, and analytical results exist solely for research and statistical purposes. Any displayed winnings are simulated values only and have no monetary value.
Laetus may conduct public research experiments using independently purchased lottery tickets, public blockchain data, and other publicly verifiable datasets. Participation within the platform is limited to creating virtual observations and contributing anonymous analytical data. Users never purchase lottery tickets through Laetus and do not obtain any ownership, control, or legal claim over tickets purchased independently by the developer. Where experimental rewards are distributed, they are voluntary research incentives rather than contractual obligations or guaranteed payments.
Laetus+ provides optional premium access to additional analytical features. Premium access may be obtained through an activation code, which unlocks premium functionality for a fixed period. Activation codes may be used immediately, saved for later, or gifted to another person before redemption. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.
Some platform features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed under it.
Unless otherwise stated, all software, design, documentation, graphics, algorithms, content, and branding forming part of Laetus remain the intellectual property of the project. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Laetus may integrate third-party services, including Firebase, Paddle, advertising providers, public lottery result sources, blockchain data, and other publicly available research datasets. These services remain subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
Laetus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of external datasets, service availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using information, analytics, or recommendations provided by the platform. Nothing provided by Laetus constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, or gambling advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laetus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on analytical results.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of Laetus after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
