Laetus is a free analytical tool for exploring personal luck patterns, generating virtual lottery combinations, and tracking non-real bets. The App does not support real-money gambling and does not allow the purchase of real lottery tickets.

All bets created in Laetus are entirely virtual and have no financial value. The App does not facilitate:

• Real-money bets

• Lottery ticket purchases

• Gambling transactions of any kind

• Payouts, prizes, or monetary rewards

Any “winnings” displayed in the App are purely statistical indicators and do not represent actual financial gain.

4. Personal Use Only

The App is intended for personal use and entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Data and Analytics

The App may store anonymized statistical data (e.g., number of virtual bets, patterns of selections) to provide analytics features. No personal or financial information is collected unless explicitly provided (e.g., email registration).

Links to official lottery websites are provided strictly for informational purposes. Laetus is not affiliated with any lottery operator or organization.

The App may display advertisements to support development and maintenance. Advertisements do not affect app functionality and do not involve any real-money transactions.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from decisions based on App analytics

• Errors in external lottery results

• Service interruptions

• Device issues, data loss, or accessibility problems

8. Age Restriction

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. However, users must comply with local laws regarding lottery participation if they decide to purchase real lottery tickets outside the App.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App means accepting the updated version.
