Laetus respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Laetus mobile application (“the App”) collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2. No Real Gambling or Financial Data

Laetus does not involve real-money gambling and does not request, process, or store any financial data. All virtual bets inside the App have no monetary value.

3. Information We Collect

The App collects only minimal data required for its functionality:

a) User account information (optional)
If you choose to sign in (Google or email), we may store your email and basic profile identifier to synchronize your bets across devices.

b) Virtual bet data
The App stores non-real bets, generated numbers, timestamps, and statistical results. These are used solely to provide analytics and history within the App.

c) Device data
We may collect anonymized technical information such as device model, OS version, crash logs, and general usage analytics to improve performance and stability.

4. What We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

• Financial information

• Contacts

• Location data

• Address book

• Photos or media (unless explicitly chosen for number generation in future features)

• Sensitive personal data

5. How We Use Data

The collected data is used only for:

• Synchronizing your virtual bets (if logged in)

• Maintaining bet history

• Showing your statistics and analytics

• Improving performance and stability

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics) and advertising providers (e.g. Google AdMob) solely for account management, app stability, and monetization.

6a. Advertising

Laetus may display third-party advertisements in order to keep the App free. Ads may be provided by advertising partners such as Google AdMob.

These partners may collect limited, non-personal information such as device identifiers, approximate location (country-level), and interaction data to display relevant or non-relevant ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Laetus does not directly access, store, or control advertising identifiers.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system can be fully secure, and you use the App at your own risk.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

You may request:

• Deletion of your account

• Removal of stored bets

• Correction of personal information
